What motivated you to join the Train the painter programme?
My primary motivation is to create a lasting legacy for my sons and ensure the long-term success of our family business, Tech Dec Ltd. I am incredibly passionate about the coatings industry and believe in training the next generation to the best standards possible. Joining this programme is a key part of our commitment to excellence as we grow.
How do you feel Train the painter will support your business?
I feel Train the painter will open new doors for Tech Dec Ltd. By aligning with industry-recognised standards, it provides us with the formal accreditations and deep technical knowledge necessary to succeed and secure longer-term contracts in the industrial sector.
What skills, improvements, or outcomes are you hoping to achieve through the programme?
We are looking to significantly increase our specialised skill set to ensure our work stands out for its quality. My goal is for our team to gain the formal qualifications and expertise required to deliver every project to an elite standard, making us a trusted name for industrial coatings.
