Entry criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Qualified Coatings Inspector (ICorr level 2, NACE level 2, SSPC Level 2, FROSIO level 2)
- ICorr Coatings Inspector Level 1 with at least 5 years coating inspection experience
- Paint Chemist with field experience
- Coating Engineer with field experience
- Coating Surveyors that can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience as a Coating Surveyor.

Brendan is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corrosion, a Chartered Scientist and has a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering.

Trevor is a UK expert to ISO committees and has been an expert witness in High Court, Arbitration and Mediation cases on the subject of paint coatings. He has presented and published several papers is a Chartered Chemist, a Chartered Scientist, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a professional member of the Institute of Corrosion and a member of NACE.
