Since 2021, Denholm Industrial Services has been a registered Train the painter company, delivering accredited training in-house to their employees. Their commitment ensures the workforce continues to meet industry standards, while also supporting professional development across the business.
We’re thrilled to share that Denholm Industrial Services has recently renewed their Train the painter registration for another year, continuing their investment in quality training and staff development.
We spoke with Billy McFadyen to learn more about their experience with the programme and how it supports both their people and their operations.
What motivated Denholm Industrial to sign up to Train the painter originally?
“We wanted to have all of our employees gain the relevant accreditations within our industry. Corrodere continually provide updates with new developments within the training programmes. The training modules are easy to navigate, and we get good feedback from our employees who complete the course work.”
What specific value or benefits have you gained from the programme?
“Having our workforce with the relevant training accreditation is most helpful during external and internal audits, as we can provide proof of training easily. Even after completion of the course work, our employees are still able to access the courses for information and reference.”
