EIS join Train the painter

We spoke with Jack Hocking, Operations Manager at EIS Services Group, to learn more about their decision to join the Train the painter programme and what they hope to achieve through its implementation.
What motivated your company to join the Train the painter programme?
When selecting a suitable programme for our staff and training module for our clients, EIS Services Group were impressed with the supporting role Corrodere provide throughout, and the modules are extremely accessible for all levels of candidates promoting growth in industry skill sets.
How do you feel Train the painter will support your business?
Having spent time with Corrodere and reviewing the acceptance of Train The painter globally – it was obvious this training programme was a perfect fit for EIS Services Group and its clients, providing client confidence and standard that would service their applications.
As a respected Installer/contractor EIS Services Group required an equally respected product that would service our global clients and sectors appropriately.
What are you looking to achieve through delivering the programme?
EIS Services Group wish to bring the highest standards to the industry and allow individuals to better their quality of workmanship and expand their capability.
In addition we wish to attract new candidates into an industry with minimum standard expectation driving increased performance of systems – By providing access to training this will allow a broad candidate profile bringing individuals back into work and giving them the opportunity to enter a highly skilled industry that has historically not always been given the importance of Quality and respect for the individuals who conduct the work.
EIS Services Group wish to elevate the importance of minimum standards and promote applicator qualification and knowledge within the industry making them industry leading representatives and acknowledging their importance and role in protecting infrastructure assets.
